Gyan starts for Ghana in today's World Cup qualifier against Comoros

Captain Asamoah Gyan returns to the starting line-up for Ghana’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying second leg match against Comoros which will be played at the Baba Yara Stadium on Tuesday afternoon.

The Black Stars skipper replaces striker Majeed Waris who started the first leg game which ended goalless in Moroni last Friday.

Cordoba goalkeeper Razak Braimah will retain his position in post for the Black Stars in this afternoon’s qualifier.

Harrison Afful and Abdul Baba Rahman will be at the right and left side of defence respectively with Jonathan Mensah once again partnering John Boye in Central defence.

Emmmanuel Agyemang who came in as a substitute in the first leg match will also start today’s game alongside Mubarak Wakaso with Andre Ayew and Solomon Asante on the flanks.
