Asamoah Gyan's impressive scoring run continued over the weekend in the French league as he grabbed a brace to help Rennes beat Grenoble 4-0.

The Ghana striker scored what appears to be fastest goal this season when he opening the scoring just 27 seconds into the start of the highly charged game that twice suffered some crowd troubles.

Gyan capped his great night scoring from the spot after he had been fouled in the box.
