The future of women’s football in Ghana is set to receive a significant boost as the Greater Accra Region prepares to roll out the U15 Girls Regional Colts League on Saturday, January 24, 2026.

The initiative, introduced under the FIFA League Development framework, is aimed at identifying, nurturing and developing young female talent at the grassroots level.
