Funding the Foundation

The Foundation is funded from a proportion of resources from the GFA through its activities such as sponsorships, games, grants from local and international companies and organizations. The Foundation also works with likeminded organizations and entities on joint and collaborated projects.

Periodically, the Executive Council members, Committee members, staff, officials, players (active and retired), team owners, the sponsors, and partners of the GFA contribute their resources and time to the work of the GFA Foundation.

Monitoring and Evaluation

A rigorous internal Monitoring and Evaluation system has been put in place to monitor and track the impact of the projects/ programmes and to inform subsequent project/programme design. The system requires a baseline study to be conducted before project commencement. An Endline study is also mandatory at the close of projects to measure desired and actual impact based on verifiable assessment records.

An external Monitoring and Evaluation exercise is conducted to assess outcomes and impact at regular intervals.
