Ghana will host the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) Zones B Congress on Tuesday January 12 at the Movenpick hotel in Accra.

The one-day event will also elect the President of the Union who will steer the affairs of the zone for the next four years.

Ghana Football Association President, Kwasi Nyantakyi is the current President of WAFU B and is expected to seek re-election.

The Congress which will begin at 9:00am, will also be attended by some senior officials of CAF.

Ghana is in WAFU B alongside Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger, Cote D’Ivoire, Nigeria, Togo.
