Ghana's home-based male senior side have been drawn in Group B of the West Africa Football Union Nations Cup which begins on 9 April.

The Black Stars are paired with Burkina Faso, Liberia and Togo in the eight-nation competition to be hosted by Nigeria.

Ghana's opening group game is against Burkina Faso, a familiar opponent after the Black Stars recently edged them out of the qualifying for African Nations Championship - CHAN.

Hosts Nigeria will face Benin in the opening match in Group A alongside Guinea and Senegal.

The eight-nation competition is constituted by countries in West Africa and it will run till Sunday, April 18.
