Ghana are in Group A alongside hosts Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone in the upcoming WAFU B U17 tournament.

The tournament which is set to begin from September 25 to October 4 will be played in the Burkinabe capital Ouagadougou.

Group B is made up of Nigeria, Niger and Tunisia.

GFA capo Kwesi Nyantakyi is President of WAFU Zone B with Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Niger, Nigeria and Togo all as members.

Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin’s side will use the tournament as part of preparations for their CAN U17 qualifiers.

The Black Starlets who are currently camping in the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram are expected to arrive in Ouagadougou next week.
