Ghana beat Lesotho 3-0 on Thursday to finish third at the Sasol Eight Nations tournament.

The win by the Black Satellites secures them the bronze medal at the competition after missing out of a place in the finals.

Goals from Emmanuel Osei Banahene, Felix Baffoe and Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu secured victory for Ghana over Lesotho.

The game was the second time Ghana had played and beaten Lesotho at the Sasol Eight Nations tournament.

The Black Satellites first beat Lesotho in their opening Group B clash 3-1 though the Southern African nation eventually topped the group with the Black Satellites coming second.

In the finals, Cameroon beat Botswana 1-0 at the Olen Park Stadium in Potchefstroom to lift the Sasol Eight Nations trophy.
