The leadership of the Football Association will on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, convene a mid-season review meeting for Premier League clubs as part of efforts to strengthen and improve the domestic top flight.

Scheduled to begin at 11am,  the one-day meeting will bring together Chief Executives of all Premier League clubs to assess the first half of the season and address key challenges as the second round of fixtures gathers momentum.

Discussions will focus on a wide range of strategic and operational issues, including league marketing and branding, commercial viability, officiating standards, broadcasting arrangements and the overall sustainability of the Premier League.

The review is expected to provide a platform for open dialogue, collaboration and the identification of practical solutions aimed at enhancing competitiveness, professionalism, and long-term growth of the league.

The GFA hopes the engagement will help align stakeholders on shared objectives and ensure a stronger, more attractive Premier League in the second half of the season and beyond.
