GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi has been inducted into the FIFA Council at a brief ceremony held at the FIFA Headquarters on Thursday October 14.

The Ghana FA chief who won an election last month to emerge as one of Africa's representatives on the FIFA supervisory and strategic body that sets the vision for global football. 

Mr Nyantakyi was taken around the FIFA headquarters and got details of the inner workings of FIFA from president Gian Infantino and General Secretary Fatma Samba Samoura.

The CAF Executive Council member is attending his first FIFA Council meeting which is being held from October 13-14 in Zurich.
