The GFA Foundation has extended support to the NA God Football Club after the team was involved in a road accident at Aboasa on Sunday, October 19, 2025.
The unfortunate incident took place while the team was returning from Ho after their league fixture against Home Stars. Several players sustained injuries, with one reported to be in critical condition.
In a demonstration of solidarity and empathy, the Director of the GFA Foundation, Mr. Malcolm Frazier Appeadu, together with the Chairman of the Greater Accra Regional Football Association and Executive Council Member, Mr. Samuel Aboabiri, visited the team to convey their well wishes and encouragement.
During the visit, the GFA Foundation presented a token of financial support to assist the club in covering part of the medical expenses of the injured players and officials.
Mr. Appeadu noted that the gesture was consistent with the Foundation’s mission to support initiatives that enhance the well-being and livelihoods of individuals within the football community.
The management of NA God FC expressed heartfelt gratitude to the GFA Foundation for the timely intervention, describing it as a profound source of comfort and encouragement during this difficult period.
