GFA Disciplinary Committee to sit on cases on Friday

The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 3pm to adjudicate a number of cases that has come before it:

  1. Misconduct Cases

All clubs, players and officials who have opted for personal hearing on in respect of charges preferred against them by the GFA Prosecutor must please attend the hearing, failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall precede with the misconduct case.

  1. Protest Cases

Parties are reminded that on protests filed by Premier League clubs and Division One League clubs the GFA Disciplinary Committee shall adjudicate immediately the exchange of the processes (Protest, Defence and Reply if required) in the matter are fully exchanged and the matter has become ripe for adjudication.

The following protests are pending:

  1. Ghana Premier League

    1. Accra Great Olympics FC vrs Bolga All Stars FC

  2. GN Bank Division One League -Zone 1

    1. Eleven Wonders FC vrs Berekum Arsenals FC

    2. Real Tamale United FC vrs Tamale Utrecht FC

    3. Tamale Utrecht FC vrs Tano Bofoakwa FC

  3. GN Bank Division One League -Zone 3

    1. Zein FC vrs Okwawu United FC

      Kindly note that per the GFA Statutes and Regulations, Protests from clubs do not require personal hearing unless the Disciplinary Committee deems it fit to call the parties to its hearing.
