Four Ghanaian coaches have been selected to participate in the UEFA B Licence Coaching Course organised by the Football Association of Wales (FAW).
National U-15 coach Fatawu Salifu, along with Abdulai Gazale, Godwin Ashitey Attram and Winfred Dormon, will travel to Wales for the programme, scheduled to run from Thursday, January 29 to Friday February 20, 2026.
The FAW, which is fully funding the trip, is hosting the course as part of its wider collaboration with the Ghana Football Association (GFA). The partnership focuses on coach development and creating future opportunities for football exchange between the two federations.
Through this cooperation, Ghanaian coaches now gain direct access to the FAW’s respected coaching education pathway.
The participation of the four coaches marks another step toward strengthening technical expertise and supporting the long-term growth of Ghanaian football, in line with the ‘Power to the Youth’ initiative, which is designed to develop young talent, build coaching capacity and create sustainable pathways for the future.
