The training of personnel to improve the development of the game in all fronts has remained one of the Ghana Football Association’s major areas of concern.

Over the weekend, 202 participants completed the five-day lectures in coaching, sports medicine, football administration and refereeing as the FA’s Business and Development Plan programme for the Greater Accra region at the Carl Reindorff park in Dansoman, a suburb of Accra.

The programme ended the FA’s regional training of interested persons in the various areas of the game.

FA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi says the football body would strive to ensure that the programme harnesses the country's potential to turn around the fortunes of the game.
