The Ghana Football Association has called an emergency meeting scheduled for today to discuss the sponsorship issue of the premier league.

Thursday afternoon’s meeting which starts at 15:00 GMT (3:00pm local time) comes as a result of the termination of the Onetouch Sponsorship contract of the Premier League.

The Football Association has invited all the Premier League Board, all Premier League clubs, and GHALCA to the emergency meeting at its headquarters in Accra.

The FA dropped the title sponsorship for the premier league before it started over the weekend following telecommunication sponsor, Onetouch’s failure to commit their part of the agreement.
