The Eastern Regional Football Association is set to commence its Division Two Middle League on Friday, May 1, 2026, with exciting fixtures lined up to mark the start of the competition.

All Match Day One games will be played at the Ohene Park in Kukurantumi, where clubs will battle for early advantage in the quest for promotion.
