FC Savannah fought hard to draw with last season's zonal champions, Ampem Darkoa Ladies, at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale. Ajegipina Zakaria put the visitors in an early lead, which was canceled two minutes later, on the 11th minute, as Yakubu Saki equalized for FC Savannah.

Mariam Olawumi put the visitors back in the lead in the 72nd minute as they pushed to hold on to the lead. Their hopes were dashed in the 93rd minute when Kasim Belinda equalized for the home side, FC Savannah, to end the game with a 2-2 scoreline.

Still in Tamale, Prisons Ladies secured a crucial 1-0 away victory over Northern Ladies in a fiercely contested clash at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium. Forward Abdulai Bintu missed an early opportunity to put the home side ahead as both teams started brightly and eagerly for a win. Their persistence paid off in the 78th minute when Doren Obeng found the net, registering the only goal for the day.

Northern Ladies created chances, with their attack pushing forward in search of an equalizer, but the away side held firm. Backed by a determined character, Prisons Ladies defended resolutely and saw out the game to claim a much-needed win.

In Kumasi, Dreamz Ladies secured a thrilling 3-1 victory over Tamale Super Ladies. The match got off to a lively start, with both teams creating scoring opportunities. However, it was Dreamz who scored first, a penalty courtesy of Helena Fosuaa.

Tamale Super Ladies pushed hard and equalized in the 48th minute, right before the end of the first half. Despite the spirit of comeback from the visitors, Dreamz Ladies added two more goals, with the first scored by Alice Sarpong and the winning goal scored by Dorothy Pokuaa
