Berekum Chelsea have marched to the finals of the GHALCA Glo G8 after beating AshantiGold in the semi-final on Thursday at Sunyani Coronation Park.

The league champions won the game 2-0 courtesy strikes from Charles Taylor and captain Mohammed Basit.

Taylor, who has signed for Chelsea scored the opener under just four minutes into the start of the game when he tapped in a rebound from close range.

Chelsea had to wait until the 68th minute to put the game beyond the Miners when Taylor played in Basit to strike home the second goal.
