The continent's sport body, CAF, plans to hold the draw in Lubumbashi on February 21 at the African Super Cup match between TP Mazembe Englebert and Stade Malien.
The draw for the tournament, being co-hosted by Equatorial Guinea and Gabon in 2012, is usually released the day before the preceding Nations Cup final.
