CAF President Issa Hayatou on behalf of the African football family has expressed condolences to the Ghana Football Association, and Liberty Professionals F/C on the death of renowned administrator, Ibrahim Sly Tetteh.

Tetteh passed away on Saturday at a hospital in Cape Coast and was laid to rest on Sunday in Accra.

“It’s a big loss to African football especially grassroots football considering his academies in other African countries,” Hayatou said.

Tetteh was also a member of the Organising Committee of the African Futsal Championship.
