Algerian Referee Nabil Boukhalfa has been appointed to officiate the CAF Champions League match between Horoya AC vs Medeama SC at the Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Stade General Lansana Conte.

He will be assisted by compatriots Brahim El Hamlaoui Sid Ali and Mohammed Serradj with Loutfi Bekouassa as fourth official.
