The Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association (RFA) has successfully completed the second batch of the Free License D Coaching Course for Colts club coaches, marking a significant milestone in grassroots football development.
The region is the first in the country to kickstart the free coaching program introduced by the GFA for Colts coaches in 2025, an initiative aimed at improving technical expertise and building a strong foundation for youth football.
This latest batch of coaches underwent intensive training sessions designed to equip them with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to nurture young talents at the grassroots level. The program aligns with the Ghana Football Association’s broader goal of enhancing coaching standards across the country.
With two successful batches already completed, the region is setting the pace for others to follow in the drive to professionalize coaching and improve the quality of football from the grassroots up.
The Brong Ahafo RFA is expected to continue its efforts in building capacity for coaches and ensuring the long-term growth of football in the region.
