Bottom placed Kotoku Royals square off with Asante Kotoko at Dawu

Kotoku Royals are yet to lose in their last six home games in the betPawa Premier League since they moved from Cape Coast to Dawu but the Akyem Oda side remain at the foot of the table with 23 points.

The Royals will host champions Asante Kotoko in a Matchday 31 fixture at the theatre of Dreams on Monday.

The newly promoted side who have recorded three wins and three draws in their last six home games face Asante Kotoko - a side that are winless in their last three matches.

Asante Kotoko have won only once in their last five games - lost two, drawn two and sit in 6th place with 44 points.

The resilience Kotoku Royals in the second round of the season is enviable yet fruitless as it’s yet to yield the needed result. 

Top striker Andy Kumi Francis, Richard Dzikoe, Collins Kofi Kudjoe, Fawzi Ali, Prince Kwame Dogbe, and Evans Appiah have been impressive for the side and will be looking ahead to another brilliant performance at home.

Abdulai Gazale who is in a stop gap capacity as coach has yet to win on the road since he took over as acting head coach.

The Porcupine Warriors are expected to parade the likes of Steven Mukwala Desse, Enock Morrison, Serge Eric Zeze, Richard Boadu, Solomon Safo Taylor, George Mfegue and Mohammed Alhassan on Monday.
