Though, some good young players have come through the ranks and with Arsenal showing the way in developing young talent for arguably the World’s tough football league, one of Ghana’s potentials if relishing a run in the EPL.

Kelvin Owusu Bossman, is a junior team player for Reading FC. And the young attacker is bullish about his chances of breaking into the first team of Reading.

His impressive display caught the attention of Ghana’s scouts for the junior national team and Kelvin Owusu Bossman was handed a call up into the Black Starlets.

He contributed to the team’s qualification for next year’s African Junior Championship to be hosted by Togo though a hip injury ruled him out of the final qualifier.

Now, Bossman is hoping to build upon his relative success with the Ghana national side to secure him a place in Steve Coppell's Reading set up.

“I hope to break into the first team of Reading in the near future. It is my ambition and sooner or later I will achieve it”, he says.

He rates his chances as very high though he admits it would take some extra hard work to achieve his dream.
