The Football Association will organise a Licence D Coaching Course in the Western Region from November 23 to 30, 2026.

The programme will be held at Bompeh Senior High School in Sekondi-Takoradi, providing participants with essential technical knowledge and practical skills to begin their journey in professional coaching.

The intensive course will combine theoretical and practical sessions, equipping aspiring coaches with the foundational tools required to identify, develop and nurture young football talent at the grassroots level.

Participants will also undergo GFA/FIFA Safeguarding training, which will enhance their understanding of their responsibility to protect the welfare, safety and development of young players.

The programme will be supervised by GFA Technical Director Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah and Head of Coach Education Dr. Prosper Nartey, who will provide technical direction and oversight throughout the exercise.
