Blacoe Soccer Queens have emerged champions of the Western Regional Women’s Division One League after edging past their opponents 4–2 on penalties following a thrilling 1–1 draw in regulation time.

The closely contested final lived up to expectations as both sides displayed determination and resilience in their quest to claim the regional title. With neither team able to dominate proceedings outright, the match remained evenly balanced throughout the regulation period.

After the winner could not be determined in open play, the contest was decided through a penalty shootout. Blacoe Soccer Queens held their nerve from the spot, converting four of their kicks to secure a 4–2 victory and spark celebrations among their players and supporters.

The triumph crowns an impressive campaign for Blacoe Soccer Queens, who have shown consistency and fighting spirit throughout the competition to reach the summit of women’s football in the Western Region.

Following their championship success, Blacoe Soccer Queens will now represent the Western Region in the upcoming Regional Middle League. The competition will bring together champions from other regions to determine which teams secure qualification to the Women’s Premier League, the top tier of women’s football in the country.
