Black Stars XI for final qualifier against Egypt

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has named a young starting line-up to face Egypt in today's final 2018 World Cup with three players set to make their debuts for the senior national team.

Egypt are all set to make it to next year's World Cup to be played in Russia whiles coach Kwesi Appiah will assess his squad for upcoming AFCON tournament after missing out of the World Cup.

Young boys defender Kasim Nuhu will partner Daniel Amartey at the heart of Ghana's defense with Lumor Agbenyenu and Harrison Afful all forming the back four.

Norway based Edwin Gyasi will make his Black Stars debut in midfield for Sunday's game along side Mubarak Wakaso, Godfred Donsah and Ebenezer Ofori.

FC Zurich forward Raphael Ofori will lead Ghana's attack with Nana Ampomah also starting the match.

The game is expected to kick off at 1530hrs at the Cape Coast stadium.
