Black Stars to hold first training session on Tuesday ahead of Rwanda game

The  Black Stars will train at the Accra Stadium on Tuesday afternoon as they begin preparations for their final 2017 AFCON qualifying match against the Amavubi of Rwanda.

Fourteen (14) players out of the 23 invited have so far arrived in camp and with others expected to report to arrive in Accra for the team's first training session at 4pm today.

Asante Kotoko striker Dauda Mohammed has been handed a late call up to replace injured Sion forward Ebenezer Assifah for the upcoming qualifying game.

Other local based players who will join today's training session include Mohammed Kadri and Wa All Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori.

Coach Avram Grant and some players will be available for interviews after this evening's training session.

The Black Stars who are leading the group with 13 points will take on second placed Rwanda at the Accra Stadium on Saturday September 3.
