The Black Stars will hit the ground running in Nagoya on Wednesday, ahead of the Kirin Cup clash against Japan on Friday, November 14, 2025. Otto Addo’s team is heading into the game fresh from their 5th FIFA World Cup qualification and aims to make an impression against the Blue Samurai. The team is going into the game without some key players, including Captain Jordan Ayew, Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus, Alexander Djiku, Ernest Nuamah, and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, but the technical team has named a blend of young and experienced players for the two important matches.

Ghana will take on Japan on Friday, November 14, before traveling to Seoul to face South Korea on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
