Black Stars move a step up to 24th on ranking table

Ghana continue with their gradual progress up the log in the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking as the Black Stars move to the 24th position.

The Black Stars made one step up the table from the 25th position held previously as FIFA released the latest rankings for the month of March.

Ghana, who maintain their place in the top 30 have a points tally of 887 points after gaining 23 more. Germany are still in the lead on the world ranking table followed by Argentina and Colombia.

The Black Stars are still third on the continental table and behind champions Ivory Coast, who are in second. Algeria, still lead the African table.
