The Black Stars returned to the training ground on Sunday for their final session of the week in Rhode Island before departing for Toronto on Monday.
Coach Carlos Queiroz’s men have been readying themselves for their opening match since the team’s arrival from Virginia on Thursday. Training has been highly intensive, with players going through tactical drills to sharpen up before the crucial encounter.
Sunday’s session lasted one-and-a-half hours under the direction of Coach Carlos Queiroz and his backroom staff. Training was highly competitive, with players fighting to catch the eye of the coach ahead of Ghana’s opening match of the tournament.
