The Black Starlets will begin their WAFU-B U-17 campaign against Nigeria in a Group A opener on Saturday, June 11, 2022. 

Coach Paa Kwesi Fabian’s side has been in Cape Coast all week in preparation for the tournament which also serves as qualifiers for the African U17 Championship.

A 19-man squad has been named for the tournament which has seen Ghana paired alongside Nigeria and Togo in Group A .

Cote D’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Benin and Niger are in Group  B.

The games are scheduled to be played at the Cape Coast stadium.
