The Black Queens wrapped up final training session at St Mary’s Park in Southampton on Monday evening as preparations intensified ahead of Tuesday’s international friendly against the England Lionesses.

Head coach Kim Björkegren guided the players through high-intensity drills, set-piece routines, and small-sided tactical work designed to prepare the group for the pace and physicality expected from the Lionesses.

The atmosphere around the squad appeared calm but determined, with players showing strong energy and communication throughout the session. The game is scheduled for Tuesday December 2 at 7pm kick-off across England and Ghana who are currently on the same time zone.
