The Black Queens have arrived in Sekondi-Takoradi to continue preparations for the second leg of their Women’s Olympic Football Tournament qualifiers against Mauritius.
The team touched down on Monday with a full contingent of players and technical staff and will hold their Matchday-1 training session at the Essipong Sports Stadium this evening.
Ghana heads into the encounter with a commanding advantage after securing an emphatic 3-0 victory in the first leg played at the Côte d’Or National Sports Complex in Mauritius last week.
Head Coach Kim Lars Björkegren and his side will now look to complete the job in front of their home fans and seal progression to the third round of the qualifiers for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The Black Queens will host Mauritius on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 15:00hrs at the Essipong Sports Stadium.
