The Black Princesses suffered a 3-0 defeat to the Falconets of Nigeria in their final group game of the WAFU B U20 Girls Cup, finishing second in the tournament.
The team had lost their first encounter 3-1, and despite having early chances, they couldn't capitalize on them.
Nigeria dominated the game, with Janet Akeremkowei scoring a free kick in the 15th minute, Alaba Olabiyi adding a second in the 23rd minute, and a third goal later on to seal the win.
Ghana's Head Coach, Charles Sampson, views this as a valuable learning experience, helping him fine-tune the team ahead of future assignments.
