
Ghanaian side, Bechem United are now a game away from playing in the finals of the on-going Trofeo Nereo Rocco in Italy.
The second-tier side will be playing in the semi-final after a 1-0 victory over Trevisio on Tuesday earned them a last four place.
Bechem United will now come up against another Italian side, Empoli for a place to play in the finals.
The other semi-final game will see AC Milan play Partizan Belgrade on Wednesday.
Bechem are seeking qualification to the elite division in the domestic campaign after last season’s failed attempt.
They remain in the hunt for a play-off place as they sit at the summit of Zone 1B after the first round of the Division One League.
But with the league on break, Bechem have taken to the Trofeo Rocco Nero Tournament to keep their ambitions going.
The 8-day tournament which kicked off April 24 ends on May 1 in Venezia.
