Ashiedu Keteke Oldies emerged as winners of the 2022/2023 RENFAG Oldies League after beating La Salem 3-2 on penalties on Saturday, August 29, 2023.

The Winners Cup match which was played at the McDan La Town Park saw some exciting football from the retired players which the game ending 2-2 at fulltime.

The Third-place game which preceded the Winners Cup match on Saturday also saw Tema Veterans Oldies beating Kotobabi Oldies 4-2 on penalties after their game also ended 2-2 at fulltime.

Competition winners Ashiedu Keteke Oldies received a cash prize of GHS3000 while La Salem Oldies also received an amount of GHS2000 for finishing as 1^st runners up.

GHS1000 and GHS500 were also handed to 2^nd Runners up Tema Veterans Oldies and 4^th placed Kotobabi Oldies respectively.

The Ghana Football Association also supported the competition with a trophy for the winners, medals for all participating teams as well as balls.
