Former Champions Medeama SC will battle FC Samartex 1996, while 2023 champions Dreams FC take on 2014 finalists Inter Allies FC in another pulsating encounter.
Elsewhere, Berekum Chelsea will face off with Division One League Zone One A leaders Tamale City. Nations FC and Swedru All Blacks will lock horns in an all-Premier League affair at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex at Abrankese. Eleven Wonders have a date with last season's semi-finalists Attram De Visser, as second-tier side True Life FC takes on Kpando Heart of Lions, with Techiman Liberty Youth doing battle with Real Tamale United in another epic clash.
Matches in the Round of 16 are scheduled for the weekend of Friday, February 6 to Monday, February 9, 2026.
