Asante Kotoko will face Aduana Stars in an all-premiership Round of 16 clash in the MTN FA Cup.

The pair were pitted against each other during Wednesday's draw. It will be the first time they will meet in an FA Cup fixture and the third battle between them this season after either side won their league games at home.

Kotoko would host the one-off clash at the Baba Yara Stadium on April 6.

There could be another game between premier league sides on April 13 with Heart of Lions awaiting Monday's result between New Edubiase and Division One side, Great Olympics.

Wa All Stars would travel to Techiman to play Universal Stars while Medeama welcomes Sporting Mirren to the Tarkwa T&A Park.

Nania FC would engage Unity Stars in an all-Division One battle just as All Stars does same against Stake FC.
