Karela United shot stopper Abdul Ganiu Mohammed has scooped the National Ex Goalkeepers Union Award for February/March.

Abdul Ganiu Mohammed beat competition from Benjamin Asare of Accra Great Olympics, Kwame Aziz of Legon Cities and Felix Kyei of Medeama FC.

He was pronounced winner after an impressive performance for his side in February/March. Ganiu kept 3 clean sheets in seven Premier League games - won 3 and drew 1 as Karela United conceded 7 goals in 6 League Matches in February/ March.

Abdul Ganiu Mohammed will receive a set of gloves and jersey from the National Goalkeepers Union.
