Three coaches have been nominated for the NASCO November Coach of the Month Award, recognized for steering their teams to impressive performances through tactical brilliance and strong leadership on the touchline. The nominees are Abdul Karim Zito of Asante Kotoko, Bashir Hayford of Heart of Lions, and Augustine Evans Adotey of Basake Holy Stars FC.

Asante Kotoko's Abdul Karim Zito delivered an outstanding month, navigating a congested fixture list. The Porcupine Warriors played eight matches—more than any other club—yet remained unbeaten in seven of them. Under Zito's guidance, Kotoko secured three wins, four draws, and suffered just one defeat. They also scored 11 goals, the highest among the nominees, while conceding eight in their eight league games.

Heart of Lions' boss Bashir Hayford continued to showcase his tactical mastery, earning a second consecutive nomination for the NASCO award. His side went unbeaten throughout the month, recording two wins and three draws. The Kpando Lions scored six goals and conceded only three—the fewest among the nominees—in six matches. Hayford's leadership propelled Heart of Lions to second place on the league table with 23 points, trailing the leaders only on goal difference.

At Basake Holy Stars FC, Augustine Evans Adotey rediscovered his magic touch in November, masterminding a remarkable turnaround for the Anyinase outfit. Under his command, Holy Stars climbed out of the relegation zone for the first time this season. His team registered three wins—including back-to-back victories—alongside one draw and two defeats in six matches. They scored an impressive 10 goals, though conceding eight during the same period.

The winner will receive a 40-inch television set and a NASCO chest freezer.
