Former Skyy FC forward Baba Hamadu Musa's has won the Access Bank Division One League Best Player Award at the maiden edition of the GFA Awards ceremony which was held at the UPSA Auditorium on September 9, 2023.

The forward who scored 20 goals for the Zone Two runners up was also awarded as Topscorer of the season for the second tier competition.

Solomon Ohene Nimo of Skyy FC was also named as Goalkeeper of the season on the night.

Coaches of the three winners of the respective Division One League Zones were all acknowledged for the sterling performances of their Clubs which has seen them earn places in the topflight league.
