The transfer window for the 2025/26 football season will close at 11:59pm on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

The registration period, which opened on Monday, June 23, 2025, allows all clubs of the Ghana Football Association to complete player transfers and registrations in line with the GFA Regulations, which mandate the opening of the main registration window before the start of each football season.

The Ghana Football Association has emphasized that the deadline will be strictly enforced.

As part of the process, the Association has outlined that clubs must complete all registrations before the August 31 deadline and all queries raised by the Association must be resolved by within a day, (weekend included).

Deadline for the loading money into the registration wallet of clubs is on or before Wednesday, August 27, 2025 with the Proof of Payment Form emailed to the GFA Finance Department via [email protected].

The GFA has urged all clubs to adhere to these timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process ahead of the 2025/26 season which commences with the Ghana Premier League on Friday, September 12, 2025.
