The final league table for the Southern Zone of the 2025/26 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League has been approved.

Hasaacas Ladies finished the campaign with 40 points from 18 matches, narrowly beating Army Ladies who accumulated 39 points, making it one of the tightest finishes in recent league history.

Army Ladies pushed the champions all the way, staying within touching distance throughout the campaign, but ultimately fell just one point short despite finishing with a respectable +10 goal difference.

Epiphany Warriors secured third place with 31 points, while Jonina Ladies finished fourth on 29 points. Police Ladies placed fifth with 26 points.

In the mid-table battle, Ladystrikers and Oak Ladies both finished on 22 points, separated only by goal difference, while Samatex Ladies closed the season with 19 points.

At the bottom of the table, Soccer Intellectuals and Halifax Queens were relegated after struggling for consistency all season.

Soccer Intellectuals ended with 12 points, while Halifax Queens finished last with 9 points and a league-low –29 goal difference.
