With one win from their last three games in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign, Ghana will be looking to rediscover their form when they meet Guinea.

Amid leading the Group E log, the Black Stars have yet to hit their stride having drawn two other fixtures.

Wednesday's game at 16:00GMT presents an opportunity for the Black Stars to put in an assured performance to keep their hopes of reaching the finals of next year's tournament in Morocco intact.

Having drawn with Guinea in the reverse game, Ghana, who will be playing their first ever international game in Tamale will be determined to find their knack for victories and leave an imprint at the venue.

"We are assuring the Tamale supporters that our first match there will end in a victory that will put smiles on the faces of all Ghanaians," Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan stated.

The first leg was was a tough lesson for the Black Stars after Guinea came from behind to cancel out their first half lead in their 1-1 draw in Casablanca last Saturday.

Although a disappointing experience, Gyan says the Black Stars will carry on from there.

"Though we are quite disappointed we didn't win the match, it is an important point for us and a win in Tamale will push us further in the group," he said.

A win will preserve their position at the summit of the group with games against Uganda and Togo to come later in the year.
