Waris joins Valenciennes on loan from Spartak Moscow

Abdul Majeed Waris has joined Valenciennes on loan from Spartak Moscow until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian international will hoping to help Valenciennes, who are three points adrift of safety in Ligue 1.

Waris was top scorer in the Swedish top flight in 2012 with Hacken, netting 23 goals in 29 games, before moving to Russia.
