Mugre inspires Hasaacas to MTN FA Cup win

A Joseph Mugre double sends Hasaacas into the quarter-finals of the MTN FA Cup as the 'Hasmal Boys' defeated Gold Stars 2-0 on Saturday.

Hasaacas returning to the former grounds in Gyandu are now through to the fifth round of the knockout competition.

Mugre gave Hasaacas the lead after powering a 39th minute header into the goal.

He scored his personal second after the break in the 64th minute to seal victory over the second-tier side.
