Samuel Inkoom has joined D.C. United from Dnipro after the American MLS side announced his signing on Friday.
The Ghana international joins United as a free agent and ends five years in Europe where he played for Basel (Switzerland), Dnipro (Ukraine), Bastia (France) and Platanias (Greece).
Inkoom, 25, last season joined Platanias in January on loan from Dnipro.
“We are pleased to be adding an experienced player in Samuel who will provide us solid depth at the wide midfield and outside back positions,” General Manager Dave said in a Club statement on Friday.
