Ahead of the Ghana Football Association's annual congress, Club sides are to pick documents for the meeting.
Clubs who will be attending the meeting are to pick copies of the documents from the headquarters of the GFA.
The documents, which includes minutes of the previous session and proposed amendments to the regulations sets out the agenda for Congress which will take place on 12th September.
Congress will come off in Prampram at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence.
