The National U15 Boys team stepped up preparations for the FIFA U-15 World Cup & Festival 2026 with two impressive victories over John Paintsil Academy at the Adjiringano AstroTurf on Wednesday.

The team, preparing for the tournament scheduled for Azerbaijan from October 22-31, showed good form and readiness in both games.

In the first game, Ghana cruised to a 5-1 win, dominating possession and creating several scoring opportunities.

The second game saw an even more clinical display, with the U15 Boys recording a 6-1 victory over the Academy side.

The two friendly matches form part of a series of preparatory games lined up for the team as technical handlers continue to assess the squad and build cohesion ahead of the World Cup and Festival in Azerbaijan.

The team showed good form and will continue its preparations in the coming days before departing for the tournament.
